Arrive at the Crooked Billet from 10:30am for mimosas, Aperol spritz, teas, coffee, cakes & tray bakes.

Demo 11:30am until around 1pm. Sit back & watch Paul cooking popular Crooked Billet dishes along with his family home favourites. Plenty of foodie chat, mucking about, food & wine tasting throughout. Recipe booklet included in the price. Pre-luncheon champagne & canapés, then join Paul for lunch.

Luncheon served to you, at the table you watched the demo from. Paul’s menu offering a selection of starters, mains, desserts & coffee with accompanying wines all included in the ticket price.
